How Fast Do We Respond?
We typically respond faster than you can say “Isle of Palms” three times fast. Okay, maybe a few hours. But we're fast. During business hours, emails usually get answered within 2-3 hours. On weekends and holidays, within 24 hours — but usually much sooner.
Current guests always get priority. If you're mid-stay and something needs attention, call or text us and we'll be on it.

How do I book one of your properties?
Head over to our properties page, pick the place that makes your heart skip a beat, choose your dates, and book directly. No account needed, no middleman, no nonsense. You'll get a confirmation email within minutes.
What's the deal with cancellations?
Life happens! Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. After that, partial refunds may be available. Check the full cancellation policy for the fine print, but the short version is: we're flexible because we're human.
Can I bring my dog?
Some of our properties welcome well-behaved pups with a pet fee. 46th Avenue and Bulls Bay are dog-friendly. Just let us know when you book so we can roll out the red carpet (and the extra towels).
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Need a little wiggle room? Just ask — early check-in and late check-out are often available depending on the booking schedule. We'll do our best to make it work.
Why should I book direct instead of Airbnb?
